Osmanthus Honey Kombucha

What you will need for a 0.5L bottle:
160ml of green tea kombucha
330ml of green tea (1 teabag & 4 tbs of sugar)
4 tsp of Osmanthus
1 tsp of honey
Instructions:
Brew a cup of green tea
Add the Osmanthus and honey till it dissolves
Cool to room temperature and pour it into your swing-top fermentation bottle
Transfer your kombucha into your bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.
Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 3 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
