Osmanthus Honey Kombucha



What you will need for a 0.5L bottle:

  • 160ml of green tea kombucha

  • 330ml of green tea (1 teabag & 4 tbs of sugar)

  • 4 tsp of Osmanthus

  • 1 tsp of honey

Instructions:

  1. Brew a cup of green tea

  2. Add the Osmanthus and honey till it dissolves

  3. Cool to room temperature and pour it into your swing-top fermentation bottle

  4. Transfer your kombucha into your bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.

  5. Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 3 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.

  6. Chill in the fridge before serving.
