Peach Pie Kombucha





What you will need:

  • 375ml of green tea kombucha

  • 125g of diced fresh peach

  • 2 tablespoon of honey

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder

Instructions:

  1. Transfer your kombucha into your swing-top fermentation bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.

  2. Add in your peaches, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder into each bottle.

  3. Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.

  4. Chill in the fridge before serving.

Tip: Remember to burp your bottles as pressure builds up when fermentation continues
