Peach Pie Kombucha

What you will need:
375ml of green tea kombucha
125g of diced fresh peach
2 tablespoon of honey
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Transfer your kombucha into your swing-top fermentation bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.
Add in your peaches, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder into each bottle.
Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
Tip: Remember to burp your bottles as pressure builds up when fermentation continues
