Pei Pa Koa Kombucha

What you will need for a 0.5L bottle:
160ml of green tea kombucha (black tea kombucha works too!)
330ml of sweet tea (3 tbs of kong fu tea leaves & 4 tbs of white sugar)
3 tbs of Pei Pa Koa
Instructions:
Brew a cup of kong fu tea (you can use other tea too!)
Add the Pei Pa Koa till it dissolves
Cool to room temperature and pour it into your swing-top fermentation bottle
Transfer your kombucha into your bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.
Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 3 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.
Chill in the fridge before serving
Tip: Taste and adjust the proportion of original kombucha to sweet tea to your preference
