Pei Pa Koa Kombucha



What you will need for a 0.5L bottle:

  • 160ml of green tea kombucha (black tea kombucha works too!)

  • 330ml of sweet tea (3 tbs of kong fu tea leaves & 4 tbs of white sugar)

  • 3 tbs of Pei Pa Koa

Instructions:

  1. Brew a cup of kong fu tea (you can use other tea too!)

  2. Add the Pei Pa Koa till it dissolves

  3. Cool to room temperature and pour it into your swing-top fermentation bottle

  4. Transfer your kombucha into your bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.

  5. Place at room-temperature for around 2 - 3 days, depending on how carbonated or sweet you want it to be.

  6. Chill in the fridge before serving

Tip: Taste and adjust the proportion of original kombucha to sweet tea to your preference
