Apple Cinnamon Kombucha

What you will need:

  • 250ml of black tea kombucha

  • 1 fresh apple (finely diced)

  • 2 cinnamon sticks (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)

Instructions:

  1. Transfer your kombucha into your swing-top fermentation bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.

  2. Add in your apple and cinnamon sticks into the bottle.

  3. Place in a room-temperature room for around 2 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated you want it to be.

  4. Chill in the fridge before serving.
