Apple Cinnamon Kombucha

What you will need:
250ml of black tea kombucha
1 fresh apple (finely diced)
2 cinnamon sticks (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)
Instructions:
Transfer your kombucha into your swing-top fermentation bottles, leaving around 3 inches of space at the top.
Add in your apple and cinnamon sticks into the bottle.
Place in a room-temperature room for around 2 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated you want it to be.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
