Blueberry Lavender Black Tea Kombucha

What you will need:

  • 250ml of black tea kombucha

  • 120g of fresh/frozen blueberries

  • 120ml of water

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • 50g of fresh lavender

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, add in blueberries, water and sugar into a saucepan.

  2. Start to mash the mixture until it forms a thick liquid.

  3. Let it cool to room temperature.

  4. Mix in your blueberry mixture, lavender and kombucha into your swing-top bottles.

  5. Place the bottle in room temperature to ferment for 3 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated you'd like it to be.

  6. Chill before serving.
