Blueberry Lavender Black Tea Kombucha

What you will need:
250ml of black tea kombucha
120g of fresh/frozen blueberries
120ml of water
1/2 tablespoon sugar
50g of fresh lavender
Instructions:
In a saucepan, add in blueberries, water and sugar into a saucepan.
Start to mash the mixture until it forms a thick liquid.
Let it cool to room temperature.
Mix in your blueberry mixture, lavender and kombucha into your swing-top bottles.
Place the bottle in room temperature to ferment for 3 - 7 days, depending on how carbonated you'd like it to be.
Chill before serving.
